Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gaming services offered through the website available at https://canplaybet-ca.com (the "Site") under the brand "Canplay Casino" for the project known as Canplay Casino. By accessing or using the Site or opening an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. 2. Introduction; Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • To the extent required by mandatory local consumer protection or gambling laws of your province or territory of residence in Canada (outside Ontario), such mandatory provisions shall prevail over any conflicting term herein.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

  • You agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Services shall first be raised with our customer support at [email protected].
  • If a dispute cannot be resolved with us, you may submit a complaint to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission using its interactive gaming complaint procedure available at https://gamingcommission.ca/complaints.
  • Subject to the KGC complaint process and any applicable mandatory laws, you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts sitting in the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawà:ke with respect to any such dispute.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility and Age Verification

3.4 User Obligations

  • You must:

    • immediately inform us if you suspect that your Account has been compromised.
  • You are fully responsible for all activity on your Account, including any transactions, Bets or Bonus use, whether or not authorized by you, unless we have failed to implement reasonable security measures.
  • You may hold only one Account for Real-Money Play with Canplay Casino on canplaybet-ca.com. Duplicate or linked Accounts may be closed, and Bonuses and winnings may be voided, subject to applicable law.

4. Betting & Gameplay Rules

4.1 Placing Bets

  • Real-Money Bets may only be placed from your available Account balance (cash or eligible Bonus funds). Bets cannot exceed the balance displayed in your Account at the time of placing the Bet.

4.4 Conduct in Live Casino and Chats

    • harass, threaten, or intimidate other players, dealers, or staff;

5. Payments & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

  • Where permitted by law and our risk policies, certain digital asset or "crypto" payment channels may be provided indirectly through regulated payment processors. 5.2 Deposit Limits, Fees and Processing Times

6. Bonus Terms

6.1 General Bonus Principles

  • In case of conflict between promotional terms for a specific offer and these Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

6.2 Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • To receive a Bonus, you may be required to:

8. Termination & Suspension

8.1 Termination by You

  • You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected] and requesting closure.
  • Prior to closure, we may request that you withdraw any remaining real-money balance, subject to verification checks and applicable withdrawal limits.
  • Closing your Account will not affect any rights or obligations already accrued (for example, obligations relating to previous transactions or investigations of suspected fraud).

8.2 Suspension or Termination by Us

8.3 Effect of Suspension or Closure
